• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.
  
• Sellers require 3–5 business days to process and dispatch orders.
  
• Orders may be cancelled by the seller if the product becomes unavailable.
  

5. Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs, weather, courier delays, or holidays.
  
• Shopneev is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  

6. Returns & Refunds

Our refund policy is strict to protect customers and sellers:

• Only defective or damaged products qualify for a refund.
  
• A complete unboxing video (starting before opening the package and showing the defect clearly) is required.
  
• If approved, you will receive a 100% refund of the product price.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Returns for reasons like wrong size, dislike, or change of mind are not accepted.
