Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Shopneev accepts returns only for manufacturer defects or damaged products.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selection
• Color differences due to screen display
• Minor handmade variations

Mandatory Unboxing Video

All Shopneev orders are shipped in sealed packaging with a security sticker.

To request a return, customers must provide:

• A clear unboxing video
• The sealed package visible before opening
• The Shopneev security sticker intact
• The damaged or defective product clearly shown

Return requests without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Return Request Time

Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Product Condition

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• All tags and accessories must be included

Refund Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Customized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Personal use items
